This Case Processing Manager I position with the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program supervises a team of 8-12 operational staff in a customer service environment. Keyqualifications:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
- One year of experience processing Child Support cases in a government or private program
- One year of experience in formal coaching or mentoring with staff development and training
- One year of experience in conflict resolution and solving complex problems through interpersonal communication
- Experience communicating through multiple methods (reports, public speaking, email, meetings) to diverse audiences
