Fulfillment / Inventory Control Specialist
Location:
Clearwater, FL
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, occasional overtime

Job Summary :
The Fulfillment / Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for assembling products according to specifications while maintaining accurate inventory records and material flow. This role supports production demands by moving between assembly operations and inventory control tasks as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assembly:Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Operate hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality requirements are met.
Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process inconsistencies.
Support production areas as an assembler or floater in assigned areas.
Inventory Control:Receive, count, and verify incoming materials against documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and system updates.
Track material movement between inventory, assembly, and staging areas.
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.
Communicate discrepancies or shortages to leadership promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or inventory control preferred.
Ability to accurately count, organize, and track materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to shift between tasks.
Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as required.
Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
