Assembler; 1st Shift

• assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools
• follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• inspect parts for defects and report issues
• collaborate with your team to meet production goals
• support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes
• use basic computer tools (excel, word) to track production and inventory
• be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed

• high school diploma or ged
• experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
• comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting
