whatyou’ll do
- assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools
- follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- inspect parts for defects and report issues
- collaborate with your team to meet production goals
- support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes
- use basic computer tools (excel, word) to track production and inventory
- be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed
- high school diploma or ged
- experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
- comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting
- strong communication and teamwork skills
