** Position Overview*
* We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented  
** Finishing Technicians
** to join our Finishing Department. This position is responsible for bead blasting small metal components to achieve required surface finishes and meet established quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills, as comprehensive training will be provided on all bead blasting processes.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform bead blasting on small metal parts in accordance with specifications

+ Follow detailed written procedures and photo-guided work instructions

+ Inspect components to verify proper surface finish and quality compliance

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Adhere to all company safety and quality standards

** Qualifications*
* *
* Required:

*
* + Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings  
** or*
* + Ability to follow detailed written and visual instructions

+ Steel-toe shoes required

+ Ability to work in a standing position for the duration of the shift

** Preferred:*
* + Previous manufacturing or finishing experience

** Pay Details:**  $18.50 per hour
