Welder; 2nd Shift

Location:

Largo, FL. Job Type: Full-Time (2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2:30PM – 11:00PM + Saturday OT as required). Compensation: $21.54/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential + benefits + overtime opportunities.

• Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
• Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
• Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
• Maintain productivity and quality through self‑inspections.
• Uphold company ethics and safety standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
• 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.

Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting. Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
