** Overview*
* Adecco is assisting a medical manufacturer in Largo, FL in the search for a 2nd Shift Finishing Technician. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join the Finishing Department. In this role, team members will assist with finishing small metal parts to meet required surface specifications and quality standards.
** Training & Requirements*
* Comprehensive training will be provided on all bead blasting and finishing processes. Ideal candidates should have:
+ Experience reading basic technical drawings, and/or
+ The ability to follow detailed written and visual work instructions, including photo references
+ Prior mechanical or production experience is a plus
** Additional Requirements*
* + Steel-toe safety shoes are required
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

+ Reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position may lead to a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
** Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
