We are currently hiring across multiple shifts. Available schedules include:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday + Saturday OT as needed)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $19.18 – 21.54 per hour
- 2nd Shift Premium: +$1.50 per hour
- Quarterly Bonus:
Eligible for up to 5% of salary earned each quarter based on performance and business results - Overtime Pay:
Available based on production needs (including Saturday as needed)

Join us as a Brazer at our Largo, Florida facility and play a critical role in the production of high‑quality HVAC equipment. In this role, you will perform brazing and testing operations to ensure the integrity of copper components and refrigerant systems, contributing directly to product quality and performance.
Responsibilities- Perform brazing operations using a gas torch on copper components.
- Join coils, headers, and valve pack materials following detailed instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders.
- Inspect brazed joints and perform first‑article inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S).
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage, SOPs, and JSA.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively regarding safety, quality, process, or equipment issues.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and problem‑solving opportunities.
- Use computer systems (ERP, Microsoft Office) to track production and inventory.
- Support overtime, cross‑training, and movement between departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety documents, and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete JCI Brazer training within 30 days of hire.
- Prior brazing, soldering, or welding experience preferred.
- Military experience or technical training in the armed forces preferred.
- Language ability: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
