Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Set up, run, and maintain Chop Saw, Miter Saw, Router and/or Shaper.

* Recognize when maintenance is needed on equipment

* Help stage, prioritize, and quality check each door upon completion

* Maintain a safe and clean working environment

* Knowledge of how drive a forklift

* Read work orders efficiently

* Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

* Attention to detail. Quality assurance and ability to visibly find defects

* Communicate in a diverse population in a respectful, informative and professional manner

* Adapt to an ever-changing work environmen

* Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum of 1 years working in a manufacturing environment

* Basic mathematical skills. Must be able to read a tape measurer

* Must be punctual and willing to work OT and/or weekends when required

* Be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment

* Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen
