Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Summary:
Monoflex manufactures PVC pipes used for irrigation systems and is seeking Machine Operators to support production operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and meet production goals.
* Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to production specifications.
* Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, including machine jams and material inconsistencies, to minimize downtime.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
* Complete production reports and required documentation accurately.
* Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production operations.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
* Ability to use a measuring tape accurately.
* Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus.
* Ability to follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods as required.
* Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
