** Position Overview*
* Adecco is currently seeking Machining Associates for a well-established medical manufacturing company in the Largo, FL area. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for dependable individuals looking to build and grow their skills within a manufacturing environment.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate a variety of manual and CNC machines that are pre-set with established processes
+ Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to complete assigned production tasks
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints and mechanical drawings
+ Perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
+ Maintain high-quality production standards while meeting established output requirements
** Qualifications*
* + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
+ Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings
+ Working knowledge of shop math and precision measurement tools
+ Ability to operate production machinery and meet production targets
