Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Shift: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Monday – Friday Why you should apply to be Control Panel Assembly Technician:

What’s a typical day as Control Panel Assembly Technician? You’ll be:
  • Laying out, assembling, and wiring large‑scale electronic control panels according to engineering drawings and wiring schematics
  • Interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure precise assembly
  • Performing panel layout, component mounting, and point‑to‑point wiring
  • Fabricating, drilling, and preparing panel surfaces to support efficient assembly
  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure panels meet all specifications and safety standards
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve design or assembly issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels
  • Can read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and BOMs
  • Are experienced with hand tools and light metal fabrication for panel assembly
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Are able to troubleshoot and test completed control panels (preferred)
  • Have familiarity with UL standards and industrial control panel compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Previous experience with water and wastewater system panels is a plus
