RTX in Largo, FL, is seeking a Manufacturing Front Line Leader for the 2nd shift (2:30PM–11:00PM). The role requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You will train, coach and build a cross-trained workforce to meet schedule commitments and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities include leading IPT meetings, monitoring safety and PPE usage, and coordinating PTO/overtime under collective bargaining agreements. Strong data analysis and leadership are essential."
