Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

About the Role:

Are you a reliable leader who thrives on the production floor? We are hiring a bilingual

Production Lead! In this role, you will work directly under the Department Supervisor to help guide team members, track production, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

No sewing experience? No problem! We are looking for someone with great communication skills, solid computer basics, and a strong work ethic. Full training on company software will be provided.

• Guide the Team:
  Work side-by-side with workers on the floor to keep production moving and hit daily goals set by the Supervisor.
• System Tracking:
  Use internal computer systems to log daily metrics, review work orders, and track progress (training provided).
• bilingual Support:
  Translate instructions, safety guidelines, and updates between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Support Onboarding:
  Help train new hires on floor processes and safety standards.

  Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Comfortable using basic computer systems and willing to learn new software.
• Leadership Mindset:
  Ability to take direction from the Supervisor and effectively guide floor personnel.
• Hands-On Presence:
  Comfortable spending the majority of your shift working on the active production floor.

  Prior sewing experience is not required!

• Floor Leadership & Daily Operations:
  • Lead daily shift startup meetings and assist the Production Supervisor with daily work assignments and workflow tracking.
  • Guide floor personnel to ensure daily production targets and schedules are met.
  • Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between the Supervisor and Spanish-speaking floor personnel.
• Computer Systems & Process Tracking:
  • Log metrics, track work orders, and review schedules using company software (training provided).
  • Perform periodic process audits and help update standard checklists and procedures.
• Team Development & Lean Manufacturing:
  • Support cross-training plans for new hires and temporary workers.
  • Help drive safety protocols, 5S, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives on the floor.
