Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team in Largo, FL. In this role, you will prepare and modify artwork for a variety of promotional products, ensuring each project meets client specifications and company quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Adobe Illustrator experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare artwork for production, including layout, sizing, color matching, color separation, and artwork touchups.
* Review and proof artwork files for accuracy, quality, and print readiness.
* Ensure artwork meets customer specifications before production.
* Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with production and customer service teams to resolve artwork questions.
* Maintain organized digital files and workflows.
* Follow company quality control standards throughout the production process.
* Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
* Experience with prepress and print production is preferred.
* Knowledge of silk screening, pad printing, heat transfer, or four-color process printing is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work overtime when business needs require.
Work Environment
* Primarily a seated workstation using a computer for extended periods.
* Occasional time spent on the production floor reviewing finished products.
* Fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple deadlines.
