The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the Precision Machining Operation (PMO) to ensure production objectives are safely achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. This is an onsite, 2nd shift position.
Key responsibilities include allocating resources, coordinating labor, reporting KPIs to senior leadership, and implementing process improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance considered; travel up to 20% may be required.
