Compounding Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounding Operator to join their team. As a Compounding Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.61 + $2.00 shift differential

** Shift:
** 10pm-6:30am, Sunday-Thursday

** What's the Job?*
* + Make batches of resins using detailed formulations and mix sheets, including pre-blending of materials.

+ Accurately fill ribbon blender/drum tumbler with ingredients and amounts indicated on pre-blend formulation sheets.

+ Perform start-up, shutdown, and maintenance of 40mm and 60mm compo under lines, and Water System.

+ Weigh, package, and label finished products according to work order specifications.

+ Inspect products for visual defects and initiate corrective actions as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training will be provided.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with proper techniques.

+ Willingness to follow safety rules and wear protective equipment.

+ Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and shifts.

+ Ability to work in a loud environment with varying temperatures and exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals.
