Overview

We are seeking an organized, motivated Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to support and help execute our marketing initiatives in Largo, FL. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute to campaigns, and grow their skills across digital, print, and event marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing projects stay on track, on brand, and on schedule.

Please note - this is not a remote or hybrid role. This position is in-office Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.

What

you will be doing

Marketing Coordinating Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels
  • Support content creation, including basic copywriting, proofreading, and formatting
  • Schedule and manage social media posts
  • Help maintain website content and marketing databases
  • Coordinate with vendors (designers, printers, event partners)
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, promotions, and trade shows
  • Maintain marketing calendars, files, and project timelines
  • Support internal communications and brand consistency across materials
Project Administrator

Job Responsibilities
  • Document control: receive, file, track, and distribute all construction documents
  • Internet research and utilizing other technology/software, as required
  • Assist in prequalification of vendor/subcontractors
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
  • Assist estimators in drafting proposals, requests for information, budgets, and preliminary schedules
  • Suggest ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors entering the lobby when needed
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
What you need for this position
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships count)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with the following software:
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.)
Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Experience supporting events or trade shows
