Position: VP Growth & Marketing

Dream Giveaway runs high-impact digital campaigns that combine premium automotive and lifestyle prizes with charitable fundraising. We support veterans’ and children’s charities and deliver engaging, purpose-driven experiences to a national audience.

The opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for a hands‑on operator. You will lead the marketing agenda across acquisition, retention, measurement, and commercial performance. You will strengthen our campaign planning, channel evaluation, customer lifetime value, and marketing scalability with more discipline and predictability.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and the wider Jumbo Interactive Group to raise the quality of our growth strategy and execution.

What You Will Own
  • Lead Dream Giveaway’s marketing strategy, with clear accountability for performance and for building a more structured approach to campaign planning, channel strategy, forecasting, and execution.
  • Improve customer acquisition performance across channels, including Meta, Google, affiliates, and other relevant platforms
  • Strengthen retention, lifecycle, and CRM capability to improve repeat participation and customer value
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to raise execution quality and push for stronger outcomes
  • Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities across the U.S. market
  • Provide leadership with clear analysis, practical recommendations, and commercial insight
  • Lead and support an established in‑house marketing function, including existing marketing leadership, creative, copy, and email teams
  • Strengthen attribution, experimentation, and performance measurement so decisions are more rigorous, commercially grounded, and scalable
  • Improve funnel visibility, reporting, and dashboarding across acquisition, retention, and customer value
  • Support marketing enablement as Dream Giveaway continues to scale within the broader Jumbo Interactive Group platform and operating model
What We Are Looking For
  • A strong track record in growth marketing or performance marketing leadership, helping a B2C business scale
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, audience strategy, channel performance, ROAS, and campaign optimization
  • Hands‑on knowledge of key digital channels such as Meta and Google, with the judgment to evaluate agency work, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes
  • Experience owning or materially influencing commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, budget efficiency, and marketing performance
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn campaign data and market signals into clear business recommendations
  • Comfort working in a smaller, scaling business where priorities evolve, and leaders need to be practical and adaptable
  • A leadership style that is calm, collaborative, and credible, with the ability to build trust quickly and bring structure without ego
  • Experience in e‑commerce, digital, subscription, high‑AOV consumer, sweepstakes, or other metrics‑driven B2C environments will be particularly relevant
What Success Looks Like In

The Role

In your first 90 days, success in the role would include:

  • Building a clear view of current marketing performance, channel mix, agency effectiveness, and reporting gaps
  • Identifying the biggest opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, retention, and customer value
  • Introducing stronger growth rhythms, planning discipline, and performance visibility
  • Building trust with the in‑house team, agency partners, and leadership group
  • Bringing clear recommendations on where we should focus, what we should stop doing, and what we should test next

Within the first 6 to 12 months, we would expect this person to have:

  • Improved confidence in measurement and attribution
