MyCare Medical is actively seeking a full-time,
certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Largo, FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Our company is physician‑founded, and dyad‑led. We’ve created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.

About this Opportunity:
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Rotating and flexible on‑call schedule.
  • We use eClinical Works (eCW), along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices.
  • We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.
  • Integrated team‑based care:
    Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences.
  • Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patients’ costs, and increase revenue for the practice.
  • Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult‑aged patient population.
  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) program, focusing on adult medicine.
  • Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine.
  • Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment.
  • Ideal Candidate, with a minimum of two years of experience as Nurse Practitioner.
  • Holds or is eligible for DEA licensure and CDS licensure (if required in the state of practice).
  • Up-to‑date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • 2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD‑10 Coding.
  • Comfortable managing a primarily adult‑aged patient population.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve complex and multifaceted situations.
