  Largo, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park surrounding areas assigned by zip code.

• Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient.
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines.
• Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders.
• Review patient visits weekly and provide plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits.
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicate caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver’s License:
  Florida driver's license required within 30 days of hire.
• Required Associate’s or Diploma Nursing
• Required 1 year Registered Nurse experience
• Preferred Bachelor’s Nursing
• Preferred 1 year Home Care experience
