We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will manage a daily caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and deliver patient-centered care in compliance with home health regulations.

• Provide skilled home health nursing care to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial insurance patients.
• Complete 6–8 skilled nursing visits per day.
• Perform OASIS assessments including admissions, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.
• Administer medications via subcutaneous (SQ) and intramuscular (IM) injections.
• Monitor patient response to medications and treatments.
• Perform blood glucose monitoring using glucometers.
• Manage anticoagulation therapy using pro-time machines.
• Accurately document patient care in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Home health experience with OASIS training and hands-on experience required.
• Active Florida RN License or Multi-State Compact License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
