Home Health Field RN - Infusion

This low‑acuity, infusion‑focused RN role is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful one‑on‑one patient care without the intensity of hospital nursing. You’ll deliver home infusion therapy to patients, monitor their response, educate them and their families, and ensure safe, effective medication administration. This role requires skill with infusion pumps, sterile technique, and the ability to act independently in a home setting.

• Oversee the activities of the multi‑disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
• Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
• Review patient visits weekly and provide a plan to the Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicate caseload and patient care issues to the Home Care Supervisor

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver's License – State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
• Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
• Required 1‑year experience as a Registered Nurse or 1‑year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Preferred Bachelor’s Nursing degree

• 1 year Home Care experience
