Registered Nurse - Psych/Rehab
Location:
Largo, FL
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
07:00-19:00 shift, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse will provide quality care in a psych/rehab department, responsible for administering medications, coordinating patient care, and creating treatment plans in accordance with facility policy.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
- Document all patient interactions and care in compliance with facility standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in a psych/rehab setting preferred.
- BLS certification required.
