Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Weekends - Largo, Florida

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor on weekends, you will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure high standards of care. You will manage the training, performance, and work assignment of CNAs and collaborate with facility personnel.

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while coordinating resident care with other personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current, unencumbered, active state RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
