As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) on the weekends, you will play a vital role in leading our team to provide exceptional patient care. You will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure that our high standards of care are met. If you are committed to delivering exceptional care, building strong relationships with your team, and making a difference in the lives of others.

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
