Home Health Clinical Manager

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations for our home health services. In this role, you will oversee patient care delivery, supervise nursing and allied health staff, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans. You will monitor quality, patient outcomes, and documentation, using data to drive improvements. The Clinical Manager partners with physicians, patients, and families to support safe transitions of care, manages staffing and scheduling, and mentors clinicians, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations for home health services
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing and allied health staff
