Role: Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing and rehab center.
Responsibilities- Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee wound care and monitor residents’ condition changes.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families.
- Supervise CNAs and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and support restorative and rehab goals.
- Promote dignity, safety, and comfort within a resident-centered, team-based environment focused on quality of life and recovery.
- Current RN licensure.
- Compassionate and skilled in clinical care.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to oversee wound care and monitor resident progress.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation procedures.
