Radiant Asset Management of Florida is a growing property management company serving multifamily and commercial properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to support daily operations and assist management in maintaining high-performing properties.

• Conduct property inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors—schedule, follow up, and verify quality of work.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and client communication.
• Support field operations including move‑ins, move‑outs, property tours, and inspections.
• Track and update work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
• Respond to urgent property issues or emergencies, providing clear updates to leadership.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for internal and client use.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for tenants and clients when management is unavailable.

5+ years of property management experience (operations experience required). Multifamily and commercial property experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Florida Real Estate License preferred but not required.
