Role

Description:

We are seeking a Title Closer to join our team in a temporary or full-time capacity in Largo, FL. Must be local to St. Petersburg/Largo or surrounding area and able to come to the office. The role involves managing the title closing process from open to close, ensuring smooth escrow procedures, communicating with clients and coworkers, and coordinating post-closing tasks. This position requires attention to detail, expertise in title documents, and strong customer service skills to ensure seamless and timely transaction completion.

Preferred Qualifications :

• -Proficiency in Closings and Deal Closure to manage title and escrow processes effectively
• -Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for professional interactions
• -Knowledge and experience in Escrow and related procedures
• -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• -Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Needed Availability/Scheduling :
Monday to Friday

Preferred Experience :

• -Prior experience in title processing or closing is Required
• -Experience with Qualia

• -Forida Notary Public is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• -Title Agent license a plus (not required)
