Position: Kitchen Staff (Line and Prep Cook)
Wing House Bar + Grill, known for great food and atmosphere since 1994, is looking for a talented Kitchen Staff for our growing markets. We currently have 16 locations in the state of Florida.

A Wing House Kitchen employee is an integral part of the day-to-day operations at every Wing House restaurant. The Wing House Kitchen employee is responsible for consistently executing all Wing House kitchen systems and standards to provide the guest with the highest quality food products. This includes recipe specifications, safe food handling, food quality standards, and picture-perfect presentation. The Kitchen employee demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all Wing House kitchen uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Follows Wing House Recipes and Operating Procedures & Systems
  • Ensures Food Presentation is Visually Appealing & Picture Perfect
  • Practices Proper Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
  • Adheres to Wing House Kitchen Uniform and Hygiene Standards
  • Completes Daily Tasks and Assigned Project Work including Kitchen Set Up and Breakdown
  • Responsible to assist with Receiving and Rotation of Food Supplies
  • Continuous Development of Wing House Kitchen Knowledge
  • Responsible to assist with Dish Area Cleanliness and Trash Removal
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Obtain Safe Food Handling Practices certification
  • Awareness of Equipment Safety
  • Detail Oriented
  • Knife Handling Skills
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to Maintain Professionalism
  • Ability to Perform Required Tasks within View of Guests
  • Ability to Multi-Task at a Fast Pace
  • Menu Knowledge and the Ability to Adapt to Change
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years kitchen experience required; line cook experience preferred
  • Maintain Serv Safe and Food Handling Management Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States
