About the Job

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers who can lead the store, manage teams, and ensure exceptional pizza delivery service.

• Oversee all store operations during shifts, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, customer relations, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain brand standards, marketing displays, and profitability of the store.
• Staff scheduling and supervision, paperwork completion, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet attendance & punctuality expectations.
• Ensure safe transportation to and from the store.

• Accurately perform basic arithmetic and provide correct monetary change.
• Process orders verbally and in writing, using a computer or touchscreen.
• Navigate the delivery area, read maps, locate addresses, and handle multi-story or private buildings.
• Operate equipment safely with hand coordination between eyes and hands.
• Use a keyboard or touch screen to enter orders quickly and accurately.
• Follow navigation instructions and deliver products on time.

Work involves standing for extended periods, walking on various surfaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees are exposed to varying temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and to food odors, dust, and occasional hot surfaces up to 500°F.

Physical tasks include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, bending, and reaching above 72 inches. Employees may need to climb stairs or ladders, deliver pizza in adverse terrain, and operate small equipment safely.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Employees must have access to an insured vehicle authorized by Domino’s for delivery purposes.
