Senior Wireless Sales Expert - Largo, FL

What you will do

In this role, you build real relationships by guiding guests through decisions with patience and expertise. You will:

• Brand Ambassador – Represent our people‑first culture by creating a welcoming store environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relationship Builder – Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance.
• Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Simplify technology into easy, real‑world conversations and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, you are trusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests.

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, preferably in a consultative customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and moving items.

• Wage: $19.25 – $20.25 per hour, plus uncapped commission.
• Annual minimum salary: $42,000; maximum salary: $47,250.
