Customer Service Associate; Pool & Spa Retail

Location: Pinch A Penny Largo, FL - Store 66; 311 Clearwater-Largo Road, Largo, FL 33770

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour

• Reports directly to the assistant manager or manager, depending on store size.
• Keep the store clean: straighten and dust shelves; keep displays and counter areas clean.
• Greet and assist customers upon entering the store.
• Perform water testing for customers and fill pool additive jugs.
• Answer phones and report all stock/supply shortages.
• Perform daily water testing and other duties as needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred; training provided for pool/water testing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask.
