Customer Service Associate – Pool & Spa Retail

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers upon entering the store.
• Perform water testing for customers.
• Answer phones and report all stock/supply shortages.
• Ensure store is always clean; straighten and dust shelves, keep displays and counter areas clean.
• Other duties as needed.

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred; we’ll train pool/water testing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills while efficiently managing store cleanliness and assisting with water testing. Capable of multitasking and handling physical demands of the role.
