Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall increasing of sales with both existing and prospective customers. This position will focus largely on executing in/outbound calls, establishing strong relationships with new customers, achieving designated monthly sales metrics and supporting the customer service team.

Training will be in person. After demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of position, there is a hybrid option available.

Overall responsibility to drive customer sales and to ensure an excellent customer service experience by executing the following:
- Build rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle.
- Proactively engage in customer education ensuring product and application is completely understood.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction.
- Actively engaged in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers and driving opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
- Appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales metrics.

Responsible for
- Data maintenance of all customer and sales related information is accurate and appropriately documented, within customer tracking systems, to ensure safety and security of information.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Continual education on all products (current and new) to ensure proficiency in answering customer questions and resoling issues as appropriate.
- Partnering with other team members throughout the organization to ensure customer service excellence and providing additional resources as needed.

Required education and experience
- High School Diploma, associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience inside sales/customer service environment.
- Call center phone system/cloud based contact center-Five9 experience a plus
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication/ customer relations skills with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude.
- Ability to work in a self-motivating, face-paced results-oriented environment.
- Data entry/CRM experience
Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft products including:
Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel
