Job Summary
Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to deliver a world‑class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision and guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.
Job DescriptionHourly compensation: $26.69+ (Base $19.00/hr + Targeted Commission).
Core Responsibilities- Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know‑how with customers, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities and maximize their experience.
- Take a customer‑first approach with all interactions: listen, evaluate needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services, gaining their consent.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks.
- Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
- Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm, friendly demeanor toward customers and teammates.
- Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
- Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
- Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime as needed; may be asked to work in alternate stores outside the home base store; maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Carry and lift up to 25‑pound boxes, stand, and move throughout the store constantly.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $19.00 per hour.
Total Target Compensation: $26.69 per hour (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission).
