As a newly minted sales professional, you’ll embark on a comprehensive training program that combines online learning with hands‑on mentorship in your designated territory. No sales experience? You’ll be responsible for engaging business owners and employees, presenting high‑quality supplemental insurance solutions designed to meet their needs. From personalized consultations to engaging group presentations, your contributions will significantly impact your territory.
Core Responsibilities:- Leverage our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, expand your client base, and grow your professional network within your territory and neighboring regions.
- Address client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or text.
- Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance requirements.
- Attend regular calls and meetings with your sales manager and team for ongoing support and collaboration.
- Visit new businesses, foster relationships with local business owners, and follow up on referrals while servicing existing clients.
- Build and maintain your own client portfolio with care and dedication.
- Work closely with your sales team manager to establish personal monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Organize and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit your planned hours to your sales team manager weekly.
- Record daily performance metrics and sales activities, maintaining accurate records at the end of each working day.

- A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of post‑high school professional experience (candidates nearing degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant experience will be considered if they possess a sales or athletic background).
