Position: HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor

Temperature Pro St. Pete is looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor to join our team serving the Tampa Bay area.

This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers—through company‑provided inbound leads and self‑generated prospecting—to sell our HVAC services and installation solutions (residential and light commercial).

The ideal candidate is results‑driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top‑line revenue growth in a commission‑focused, uncapped role.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate, promote, and sell Temperature Pro St.’s HVAC services and installation solutions by clearly presenting value, options, and next steps to prospective customers.

Conduct in‑home/onsite consultations as needed to assess customer needs and recommend the right comfort solutions (learnable process; training provided).

Present multiple solution options (e.g., good/better/best), answer questions, and guide customers through the decision process.

Develop and foster relationships by maintaining consistent communication with prospects to close sales and support customer retention and referrals.

Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition and closed revenue.

Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions, follow‑ups, proposals, and outcomes in a CRM system.

Prospect strategically to generate additional opportunities through networking, referrals, property managers, small businesses, and local outreach.

Stay aware of customer needs, local market trends, and best practices in the HVAC/home services industry.

Requirements
  • 4–5+ years of sales experience selling a product or service (home services / construction / HVAC preferred).
  • Strong ability to build relationships, manage a pipeline, and follow up consistently.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed acquisition and/or revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High drive to understand customer needs and solve them in a consultative way.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic business tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory.
Preferred (not required)
  • HVAC knowledge, in‑home sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish.
Compensation &

Employment Type

(Expected earnings OTE)
  • $40,000–$120,000+ per year, based on performance and lead flow.
  • Commission‑based compensation (uncapped).

  • Performance incentives/bonuses may be available based on results (as applicable).
Location

Work area:
Tampa Bay, Florida (Pinellas / Hillsborough / Pasco as needed). Occasional appointments in Sarasota County and Manatee County as needed.
