We are seeking a results driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team In this role you will act as a trusted advisor connecting small business owners with the tailored accounting and tax solutions they need to succeed This is a consultative sales position focused on helping small business owners and providing exceptional value

• Manage a high volume pipeline of qualified leads engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services
• Deliver high impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement
• Leverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust
• Collaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long term client satisfaction
• Accurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience in a phone based high volume sales environment is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally
• Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching with a continuous improvement mindset
• Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations

• Base Salary: A competitive base salary commensurate with experience
• Commission:
  Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan providing significant upside potential for top performers
• Expected On Target Earnings OTE:
  The average OTE for this role is between 60000 and 200000 with top performers exceeding this range
