Real Estate Investment Specialist

Mitchell Dean Realty is hiring sales-driven people for a full-time career in investment real estate.

This is not traditional residential real estate. We do not focus on open houses, casual showings, or retail home buyers. We focus on acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties, off-market opportunities, investor relationships, deal analysis and closing transactions.

Important: This is a commission-only 1099 role with no base salary. This is not a side hustle. We are looking for someone who wants a full-time sales career in investment real estate.

You do not need real estate experience to apply if you have strong sales ability. Licensed agents with investment real estate, acquisitions, dispositions, wholesale, off-market or investor sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for investment property opportunities
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Analyze properties and deal potential
• Work with sellers, buyers, and investors
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Track activity and performance in our CRM

• Licensed agents with investment real estate experience

Requirements

• Comfortable with commission-only income
• Able to commit to a full-time sales role
• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated
• Active Florida real estate license or willingness to obtain one before starting

Compensation

Commission only | 1099 | Uncapped income

First-year top performers earn $100,000+
