** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to Allied Universal clients and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and/or local law enforcement as required.

+ Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity per site policy.

+ Complete timely documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, maintain required equipment readiness, and follow all applicable training, firearms handling, and use of force guidelines.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be a graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent.

+ Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED.

+ Be 21+ Years of Age.

+ Have 2+ Years' Law Enforcement/Military/Corrections Experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
