Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional support, and help to maintain orderly movement throughout the location in accordance with site procedures;
Support emergency and medical-related response protocols by communicating with staff, following post orders, and/or assisting with security-related incident management as needed
