Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting details and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and support site protocols for restricted areas and after-hours access.;
Communicate with hospital personnel, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and/or concerns requiring follow-up.
