Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or hazards;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, direct foot traffic, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations;
Assist with security-related presence during high-activity periods, support de-escalation when appropriate, and provide clear information to visitors and staff regarding location protocols
