Training Requirement: This position requires the selected candidate to travel to Brooksville for training for approximately 6-8 weeks. Reliable transportation and the ability to commit to this training period are required. All training details will be provided prior to the start date.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of installers in the application of Poly Level/Chemical grouting techniques for foundation repair.
• Coordinate with production managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for Poly Level and chemical grouting applications.
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the team.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure they have a remarkable experience.
• Attend weekly team meetings and monthly safety meetings.

Requirements

• Experience supervising projects and crew members in construction or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or heavy labor role. This is a "hands-on" foreman role.
• Previous experience in foundation repair, specifically with Poly Level and chemical grouting applications required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight required.
• Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding team members.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
