• Ability to service and install most commercial plumbing
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience required
• Must be able to work with minimum required supervision
• Must have a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle
• Must have good organizational, written, and communication skills
• Appearance must be clean, neat, and professional at all times
• Must be willing to be available for 24‑hour emergency service
• Ability to climb and work off ladders, climb extension ladders to roof
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product
• OSHA 10 preferred
