As an Exclusion, Termite & Attic Restoration Technician, you'll help secure homes and businesses from pest threats and termite damage—and restore damaged spaces to like-new condition.

This role requires working in Florida heat, often in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops. Ideal candidates are hands‑on, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

• Inspect homes and commercial buildings for pest entry points and termite activity
• Perform structural exclusion using materials such as mesh, caulk, sealant, and flashing
• Install, service, and monitor Sentricon termite baiting systems
• Complete attic restoration including cleanup and insulation blow in
• Operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., drills, ladders, augers, hand tools)
• Accurately document all work using a mobile device
• Communicate clearly with team leads and customers
• Work in confined and elevated spaces under hot and humid conditions

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in extreme heat
• Comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and working outdoors
• Experience in pest control, construction, insulation, or trades is a plus
• Must have a reliable and verifiable work history
