Now Hiring:Lead HVAC Installer
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to head installation jobs and work alongside a helper to complete high-quality residential and commercial HVAC projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of installs, ensure jobs are done right, and guide a helper in the field.
What You’ll Do- Lead installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including full ductwork installs
- Supervise and work directly with a helper to complete jobs efficiently
- Read blueprints, layout duct systems, and ensure proper system design and airflow
- Install split systems, package units, mini‑splits, and related components
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on‑site decisions
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience as a lead installer or crew leader
- Strong background in ductwork fabrication and installation
- Experience with both residential and commercial systems
- Ability to manage a helper and keep jobs on schedule
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Piece rate (depending on experience)
