Lead HVAC Installer (Residential & Commercial) – Sun Up Services

Piece rate (Based on Experience). Full-Time

• Lead installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including full ductwork installs
• Supervise and work directly with a helper to complete jobs efficiently
• Read blueprints, layout duct systems, and ensure proper system design and airflow
  
  Install split systems, package units, mini-splits, and related components
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on‑site decisions
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience as a lead installer or crew leader
• Strong background in ductwork fabrication and installation
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Ability to manage a helper and keep jobs on schedule
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
