• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Work with and coordinate with other sub-contractors.
• Read blueprints, produce material and material take-offs.
• Provide management with estimated labor hours for specific projects.
• Install materials and equipment per plans and specifications.
• Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer's installation manuals.
• Ensure projects are installed properly, successfully pass all required inspections and are completed within proper time frame.
• Ensure all projects are completed within proper time frame.
• Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained.
• Mentor and coach helpers.

Driver's license with clean record

• Ability to pass background and drug screening check
• 5+ years HVAC Lead Installer experience, crew and install management
• Travel with overnight stays is required
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and exceptional people skills
